You can book your Spa treatment directly online on the booking page or by contacting the Spa of your choice by phone or email. You can see all our Spa locations here.

Regardless of the treatment you booked, you can choose the type of treatment that suits you with your Vinotherapist, as long as the duration matches the originally booked treatment. 

Option 1: Cancel or postpone your treatment by calling or emailing the Spa where you booked the appointment. You can find a list of all our Spas here.

Option 2: As part of our cancellation policy, treatments can be cancelled or postponed no later than 48 hours before your appointment date. After this time, you will be charged for the total amount of the treatments. To change your booking, call or email the Spa where you booked the appointment. You can see all our Spas here.

We cannot extend how long your Spa Gift Certificate is valid for (valid for 1 year from the date of purchase), but you can use it one time only to treat yourself to Caudalie products in a Caudalie Boutique Spa.

You can contact the Spa by phone to choose the Vinotherapist you want when booking your treatment. You can see the list of all our Spas here.

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you time to enjoy an herbal tea and relax in our lounge area. If you arrive late, don't panic, it happens! However, the Vinotherapist may need to adapt the treatment protocol in order to fit in with the initially planned end time. 

Points are credited on the day the treatment is completed, not at the time of booking or purchasing the treatment. Whether you book your treatment online or use an eGift Card to purchase Caudalie products, the points will be added to the account of the person receiving the treatment or making the purchase with the eGift Card.

No, your Spa treatment must be purchased on the country's website you wish to receive your treatment in.

At this time, our gift cards are only available online as an eGift Card.

1. For a Spa Gift Card purchased in a boutique: it must be processed directly by the boutique where it was purchased. 2. For a Spa Gift Card purchased on Caudalie.com: you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date your Spa Gift Card was purchased. Once the withdrawal period has expired, we will no longer be able to refund you, but you can use your Spa Gift Card in one go to purchase products in a Caudalie Boutique Spa.

No, the Spa Gift Card allows you to book a treatment in all Boutique Spas only in the country of purchase.
