What’s Included:
All permanent retail products — including full-size, travel-size, and more — are eligible for the Auto-Replenishment Program.
What’s Excluded:
Limited-edition items, gift sets, virtual bundles, and spa certificates are not eligible for auto-replenishment. Products with temporary or limited stock are also excluded.
No, you cannot apply additional discounts to your auto-replenishment order.
You are welcome to return any unwanted products from your online purchases, unopened and within 30 days of receipt, for a refund with proof of purchase. Please print our Return Form, complete it with your name, order number, and the products you wish to return. Include the form in your package and send the products back to the following address:

The products must be presented in their original packaging, including any promotional items sent with the order, if applicable.
Caudalie does not provide prepaid return labels for online orders. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving your returned package at our facilities.
Please note that we only accept returns for orders placed on ca.caudalie.com. For purchases made at retail locations or other websites, please contact the original place of purchase.
We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in case of loss. Caudalie is not responsible for lost packages. We do not refund replacement orders. If your parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours. Before reaching out, check your surroundings, front desk, mailbox, and ensure the package was not received by someone else on your behalf.
Caudalie will open an investigation with the carrier and follow up within 72 business hours. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either refund the order or reship the package once the investigation is complete, which may take up to 30 days.
Unfortunately you cannot change the frequency of your order at the moment, but you can cancel any current subscription and create a new one. To proceed, simply log into your account. On the menu, click on "auto-replenishment program". You will see all active subscriptions. Click "manage subscription" on the one(s) you would like to change the frequency for. Click on "unsubscribe" to unsubscribe. You can then create new subscription(s) with an updated frequency.
In order to change your shipping address, you will need to cancel your subscription and create a new one. To proceed, simply log into your account. On the menu, click on "auto-replenishment program". You will see all active subscriptions. Click "manage subscription" on the one(s) you would like to change the shipping address for. Click on "unsubscribe" to unsubscribe. You can then create a new subscription going to your updated address.
In order to change your billing address, you will need to update your payment method. To proceed, simply log into your account. On the menu, click on "auto-replenishment program". You will see your payment method at the bottom. Click on "modify". You will then be able to edit your billing address, please note that you will need to re-enter your credit card information.
Login into your MYCAUDALIE account. Click on the "auto-replenishment program" section in your account. Here you can modify your payment method.
You can unsubscribe from future auto-replenishment orders in your account under "auto - replenishmnet program". To proceed, simply log into your account. On the menu, click on "auto-replenishment program". You will see all active subscriptions. Click "manage subscription" on the one(s) you would like to unsubscribe from. Click on "unsubscribe" to unsubscribe.
To proceed, simply log into your account. On the menu, click on "auto-replenishment program". You will see all active subscriptions. Click "manage subscription" on the one(s) you would like to put on pause. Click on "pause" to put it on pause.
When you pause your auto-replenishment, you are able to re-activate your order at anytime. When you reactivate your subscribtion, the next shipment date will be the day of.
Unsubscribing is like canceling your subscriptions. If you want this product again with auto-replenishment, you will need to re-subscribe to the replenishment program.
We are very sorry, but in order to ensure that orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible no modifications can be made to your shipment. Once you receive your order, you may return part or all of it for a refund by following our return policy. You can always pause or unsubscribe from your subscription(s) in your account, before the order has been created.

If you subscribe to multiple products in a single order, they’ll be shipped together. If you place separate subscription orders, each will ship separately.
