Return policy

1 - How do I make a return?

You are welcome to return any unwanted products from your online purchases, unopened and within 14 days of receipt. Please send the products back to the following address:

We can only accept returns from orders placed on Purchases made at retail locations or through another website must be addressed by the original place of purchase.

Please print our Return Form Here and include the products you wish to return, your name and your order number in the package. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of package being received at our facilities. We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. Caudalie is not responsible for lost packages.

Caudalie does not provide prepaid return labels for web orders.

2 - Can I return or cancel a purchase made from a third party retailer or from your boutique?

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a third party retailer. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly.

3 - Is it possible to be reimbursed?

Don’t worry, if all or part of the order is not what you expected, you have 14 days to return your items. Products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, along with the gifts sent with the order, if applicable.

Refunds will be made on the products to the credit card used for the order. Shipping costs incurred for product returned will not be refunded.

4 - How long do refunds take?

Refunds will be made an average of 30 days following receipt of your package.
