    No, the formula did not change, but the packaging changed. We added a massaging tip to decongest, smooth eyelids, and help reduce puffiness.

    Pilling

    I do not like the product at all. I don’t really see any results and it pills badly. In fact it pills so bad that I can only wear this when I’m not wearing makeup. Also, my container didn’t come with the metal applicator which is what’s shown in the picture.

Pilling can sometimes occur if too much product is applied or if previous skincare hasn’t fully absorbed. Using a small amount and gently patting it in may help improve wear under makeup. We also recommend exfoliating to reduce dead skin cells. As for the packaging, the current version includes a built-in metal applicator to help massage the product onto the eye contour.
