  • 1. How do I book a treatment? ​

    You can book your spa treatment directly online on the booking page or by contacting the spa of your choice by phone or email. You can see all our spa locations here.

  • 2. Once I have booked, can I swap a body treatment for a facial and vice versa?

    Regardless of the treatment you booked, you can choose the type of treatment that suits you with your Vinotherapist, as long as the duration matches the originally booked treatment.

  • 3. I have booked a treatment but want to cancel or postpone it, how do I do this?

    Option 1: Cancel or postpone your treatment by calling or emailing the spa where you booked the appointment. You can find a list of all our spas here.

    Option 2: As part of our cancellation policy, treatments can be cancelled or postponed no later than 48 hours before your appointment date. After this time, you will be charged for the total amount of the treatments. To change your booking, call or email the spa where you booked the appointment. You can see all our spas here.

  • 4. What is the difference between a spa treatment and an add-on treatment?

    The add-on treatments are express treatments, targeted to personalize your experience even more to complement your treatment or maximize its results.
    The add-on treatments cannot be booked on their own.

  • 5. My Spa Gift Certificate is about to expire, can I extend it?

    We cannot extend how long your Spa Gift Certificate is valid for (valid for 1 year from the date of purchase), but you can use it one time only to treat yourself to Caudalie products in a Caudalie Boutique Spa.

    Loved my Vinoperfect facial with Adriana at Caudalie's Saint-Suplice spa.

    I loved my Vinoperfect facial with Adriana at Caudalie's Saint-Suplice spa in April. She understood my dry, sensitive skin right away and gave me a wonderful, relaxing, soothing facial. And the short foot massage she did while she had a treatment on my face was wonderful. At the end of my facial, she went over the products she used and recommended (and suggested how I should use/not use other products in my then-current skin regimen). After the facial my skin felt a touch sensitive, but hours later my skin looked amazing. I tend to have a good bit of redness in my skin--inflammation--and it was gone hours later. I didn't have a chance to go back for an anti-aging facial, but I'll definitely make an appointment with Adriana at Caudalie the next time I'm in Paris. And, yes, I've switched to (almost) all Caudalie products. My skin is loving the Premiere Cru serum and cream. I highly recommend!

    all she did was add 2 stones to my face and than add in the caudalie products. I expected more for 245 but oh well
