Disappointing Results and Unfair Refund Policy
I purchased this serum directly from the company’s website to help fade a dark spot above my upper lip. I used the product consistently and gave it approximately two months to see whether it would deliver the promised results before reaching out to customer service. Unfortunately, the serum did not improve the appearance of the dark spot, and I saw no noticeable results. I contacted the company to explain my experience and request a refund, only to be told that my request could not be approved because more than 30 days had passed since my purchase. I find this policy unfair to customers who genuinely want to give a product enough time to work before deciding whether it is effective. Skincare products often require several weeks of use to evaluate their results, so it is unreasonable to expect customers to determine whether a product works within such a limited timeframe. I gave this product a fair chance, followed through with its use, and waited to evaluate the results before contacting the company. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations, and the company’s refusal to offer a reasonable resolution has made my experience even more disappointing. I am sharing photos to document my experience and show the lack of improvement. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this product, and I am disappointed with the company’s approach to customer satisfaction. Customers deserve products that deliver results and customer service that considers individual circumstances rather than relying solely on a strict refund deadline
