  warning!

  Don’t buy this new formula! They’ve gone from 3 ingredients to 6 and didn’t even announce it. One of which is willow bark. I have crazy sensitive skin and have been using this for nearly 10 years and without checking grabbed a new can and my face got itchy and even got red. I’m severely disappointed in them. Apparently the European version is still the original formulat though. Shop there if you want the good stuuf

We will be sending you an email regarding the reaction you experienced after using the Grape Water. For context, the original version required a sterilization process for preservation, however that process caramelized the natural sugars in the grape water. This caused clogged nozzles, major quality issues, and made the product difficult to dispense. To ensure a better experience, we worked closely with our R&D team and chose a new ingredient: willow extract. It’s gentle, non-irritating, and offers incredible skin benefits.   Nozzle issue

  I’ve been a user of this brand for about 4 years and live this product. Over the past few months, i’ve been having to throw away this product because the nozzle stops working completely when the product is still halfway full and it’s very upsetting. I’ve emailed you guys about this and have not gotten a response back. I’m still going to buy from this brand because it works for my skin really well, but it is very disheartening having to throw away product that doesn’t come out.

  Hate the spray --no quality control on the cans.

  I love love love the product --but the cans won't spray. It is so frustrating--where is your quality control? If i can't get the product out--how can i use it. The last 4 cans do not spray properly. I have three right now --that barely put out any spray.
