Apply the Vinosculpt Lift & Firm Body Cream morning and evening to clean, dry skin. Massage the arms, chest, stomach and buttocks until the product has been completely absorbed. doesn't spread well
texture is a bit too tick for my liking and it leaves a white mark on the areas you used it on but cannot comment on the firming effect yet!
