*The Client may modify or cancel the treatment at no cost by giving notice within the client's account at least 48 hours prior to the time of the appointment. In case of cancellation after this period, the client's bank card will be charged 50% of the price of the treatment as shown on the website on the day of booking, on the card used to process the order. If the client cancels the booking on the same day as the appointment or does not come to the store for the treatment, the full price of the treatment will be charged to the bank card used to process the order. In case of modification within 48 hours of the appointment the client acknowledges that he or she should directly inform the store or CAUDALIE customer service and accepts that he or she will be charged a fee.
